It's harvest season and the crops are rolling in.

Taproot Kitchen is a nonprofit dedicated to providing employment and meaningful volunteer engagement to marginalized members of the community, especially those with disabilities that limit employment opportunities, while reducing food waste in our community by utilizing seconds and surplus food that doesn’t make it to market.

We have 6 employees with disabilities, and host many others on the path to community inclusion, job training, and a full life.

These employees host large groups and process our community’s extra food resources.

We have an ongoing need for disposable food prep supplies such as:

• food service gloves

• hair nets

• hand soap

• paper towels.
