Description

Join us as we honor and acknowledge those who lost their lives while defending their country. Veteran services will be on the grounds offering support and education. Please write a "note from home" that will be sent to a deployed troop. The route is paved allowing all to participate. 6 laps around the museum grounds = 5K. Walk as little or as much as you like. Who are you carrying? #CarryTheLoad

Friday, May 24 from 5-6 PM, packet pick up

Event on Saturday:

8 AM Brief welcome

8:05 AM Color Guard
8:10 AM Pledge of Allegiance, followed by Welcome by Minister, National Anthem + opening prayer

8:15 AM Veteran’s Address

8:30 AM Somber Walk Begins

9:45 AM TAPS, followed by a 21-gun salute 

8:00-9:45 AM Veteran support services
