Grief Connection is a collaboration of grief organizations for the Centre Region of Pennsylvania.

Grief Connection believes that support is important to a person’s grief journey. Our Mission is to collaborate with individuals and local grief organizations to provide both personal and professional resources for grief support.

Grief Connection was created when several clinical practitioners and volunteers providing bereavement services in the Centre County area came together to formulate the resources in the area.
