The Fred H Carlin Community Vision Foundation was formed in 2021 to expand vision services to individuals in need in the central Pennsylvania region. Through collaboration with local optometrists and volunteer operations, we provide vision services, education on prominent vision conditions, and connect individuals to vision resources within their community.
