The Centre County Historical Society offers several ways to find your niche as a volunteer, from one-time projects to ongoing volunteer roles.
Below are examples of how you can get involved with CCHS as a volunteer or intern and fulfill your individual interests.
Volunteers will receive appropriate guidance and training.
Archive projects such as indexing and helping process collections
Giving tours or greeting visitors as a Docent or Greeter
Research projects
Gardening + Weeding
Internships
Special Events such as the Plant Celebration in May, or the Stocking Stuffer Magical Holiday Market in December
