The first scheduled appointments will be on Tuesday, Sept. 3rd. 

Here are the volunteer duties for this assignment:  

• Volunteers are needed for 4 hour shifts: 8-12 and 12-4 Monday -Friday.

• Volunteers can arrive earlier for the 8:00 shift if desired.

• Text Monique when you arrive for your shift and when you leave for there is no key pad available.

• Parking is recommended in last row or at the far end.

• Our badge will allow you to enter the employee entrance

       Volunteers are allowed to enter employee lounges on each floor

• Greet incoming patients and family members.

• Ask what type of appointment they have today.

• Advise them that registration will take place when they arrive at the proper department.

• Give them a piece of paper with the correct floor.

• Direct them to the elevators and restrooms.

This is a nice way to help others and offer care and kindness as they navigate a new facility at a time when they may not be feeling their best.
